How can you be physically active in the long term?
Of the strategies you know, what do you think will be the most effective for you and why?
An example: In order to be physically active long term I first need to figure out a sustainable regime for myself. I don't want to over work myself by trying to workout every possible minute of every day but I also don't want to stop engaging in exercise all together. I need to be able to find a happy medium. After I figure out the right routine for myself I can begin to explore different types of physical activity that I have not yet ventured into. I can also try out workout routines that some of my friends and family enjoy. The most effective strategy for me would be to keep trying new types of physical activity because I tend to get bored of doing the same workouts over and over again. By trying new things all the time I will decrease my chances of getting bored and increase my chances of sticking to my workout regimen.

How can you be physically active in the long term?
A regular physical activity can have tremendous positive effects on your body. Working out once or twice a week might not be the healthiest way to go. Studies suggest that daily activity, even simply in the form of walking a mile or two, can greatly increase your overall health. After all, we all want to feel better, have more energy, and maybe even live longer. Regular exercise can help us do that. It helps in following:
-Assists with Weight Control
-Reduces Health Conditions and Susceptibility to Disease
-Improves Mood
-Boosts Energy
Of the strategies you know, what do you think will be the most effective for you and why?
The following are most affective for me:
Take the staircases as frequently as possible.
This one is as modest as it resonances. If you have to go up two floorings or less, opt for the staircases. Similarly if have to go down three floors or fewer. If you have to go up or down a distance that is too inordinate for you to gait at the minute, walk the first scarce trips, then gross the elevator the rest of the method. Recall, every interval you take the stairs as an alternative of the elevator or escalator, you are creating a decision that will definitely affect your long term well-being.
Drink plenty of water.
This is a trick that I’ve been using for years. If you are continually drinking water through the day, you are working to have to pee at minimum on one occasion an hour. Every period you have to pee, you have a remorse free reason to go for a 5-minute gait to the restroom and back.
