1. It is always wise to encourage novice researchers to develop their own instrument if they dont find a standardised tool. Because as a novice researcher an individual should learn to construct a tool because it is one of the important component in the proceedings of research .Hence I will encourage and help the novice researcher to develop a new tool to collect data on anxiety. Learning to construct a tool improve the knowledge base on research rather than using a ready made tool.
2. The components of magnet model are

· Exemplary professional nursing practice.
· New knowledge, innovations and improvements.
