The patient experience unilateral resting tremer even after taking respiradone might be due to vitamin B12 deficiency or might suggest as the syptom of Parkinsonism.
The mangement include medical management with drugs such as propaphols and other measures like occupational therapy include management of temperature on affected limb. Also management of stress is another way to reduce tremor in such patients.
