2) Yes, I do ask for the permission and if anyone doesn't ask then they should surely start in the future because drug interacts with the other drug and metabolism of the body and even to the food you take, so you should start asking side effects as it can lead to the severe conditions if you don't know the side effects of the drug and you accidentally hinder the process of the drug, it might lead to the very bad stages.
