Question about inertia of wheel.
Assuming the mass of the disk is 2.2 Kg, how would I find the rotational inertia of the wheel? I thought I just use the formula .5mr^2, but that's not working. Why? How would I approach this problem? I will definitely give best answer. Thanks.

moment of inertia wheel without spokes is

with spokes
=mR2/3
I=2.2*0.16
