Now, as the coach gets occupied with the weight training sessions on Wednesday and Friday from 2-4 PM, the coach requests the physical therapist to schedule the therapy session on days and timings other than these two days.

Certainly, I grant the requested accommodation to the trainer. It is the responsibility for a good therapist to adjust to his circumstances and to consider his situation of being an effective coach, his work schedule and therefore, I [therapist] suggest an alternate timing for physical therapy of his injured arm.

Therefore, it would be good for the trainer to avail support from another two coaches and make them work on behalf of the trainer by explaining them the current situation by the coach.
