Team to function

According to me by following way leader may enabled team to function

1. To take consideration of all team including weakest membr

2. To make hasle fear environment so that everybody give his best

3. To make culture so smooth that people don't work under pressure

4. To ensure work is going in correct way

5. Time to time guide the team and motivate them so that they become target oriented

By doing all of these activity a leader enable team to function properly.

Leader to built team capacity to work

If you know very well then people feel so boring to do extra hour work specially who have family. Time is most important and no one want to loos it in organization. But if people love work that what they are doing is correct then time is no limit for them. But as say it is not so easy to get success in this, leader must take following consideration

1. To listen to everyone and solved their quiery

2. Don't shout on the employee specially in front of employee so that they didn't feel disrespectful

3. Always motivate employee whenever they do best work

4. Always give good increments and incentive so that they work in right way.

Optimisation of team

This task is somewhat difficult. Because in current world no one has time for others specially when company procuring experience people. Hence following point is helpful for leaders to optimise team performance

1. Whenever your employee fail to do any task it's your failure, investigate it and find the correct root cause

2. Teach team to do their job best way like planning and execution

3. Treat people like you are teacher and they are student

4. Never ignore mistake of employee
