Yes The demogrphic charecteristics of the health care privider makes difference.A female patient with gynecological problems would find it comfortable to share her concerns and symptoms to a female health acre provider.same way a male patient who is admitted with Erectile disfunction finds it comfortable to share the problem with a male health care provider.
Language also plays a huge role if you have a health Care provider with the same mother tongue patient .the history taking physical examination would be easier

Physician should be paid for the knowledge and the practice he performs but all the treatment should be indicated and with the consent of the patient.There is lot of skill and hardwork a physician put in to diagnose a nd treat a particular disease and i feel he shoud be appreciated for his efforts

Nurses can use electronic media by sending periodicals,magazines,articles to influence public about their services.
they can also use street plays,counselling sessions to to reach out to the public .
