to have a pleasant personality, though not an extrovert. Candidate C has business
experience in a different industry and is extremely sociable. All three candidates have
scored sufficiently high on intelligence tests to qualify for the job in terms of general

Candidate C has business experience in a different industry and is extremely sociable. I can select this candidate because he has good communication skills and spend his times with the people which is the necessary thing for the co-operation and team work. He has also the experience of many other industry which shows that he has the greater experience from all other candidates.
