1.a.Safety net hospitals can face mostly financial crisis since it is mostly involved in providing free service to patients and even sometimes providing services which are very expensive. Mostly medical home model can be considered as a team who focussed on providing quality service to patient, and it's an team based work. In future for bringing more awarness among people medical home model can be combine with safety net hospital where medical home model can even help in generating financial help for such organization.
1.b. In order to do collaboration with ACO or any other health exchange organization being an team member of safety net hospitals I can collect all the contact details of the person who are associated with these organization. Even I initiate by writing a proposal to them providing them basic information about our safety care hospitals and describing them our work load and cases where we have treated patient's successfully. Such data's will definitely bring attention or might they would like to be part of our hospital.
1.c. Sudden close down of safety care hospitals will definetely impact both patient's and people who are associated with it.It would be a huge loss for people who have put their money as well, as because of that heavy instrument and all other neccessary hospitals related stuffs wil be of no use, where a large amount of money of stakeholders are invested. The main reason for sudden close of such hospitals is mostly related to financial crisis and lack of manpower.

1. What is your motivation for establishing such organization, And till now what still motivates you?
2. How did you able to deal with financial crisis as any organization face such thing once in their lifetime?
3. How you make sure that the service of your organization is providing quality reults for your patients?
Because above three query I belive is the vital part of any small, big or independent organization.
