Case 1

Patient is old so too cold and too hot is worst for him so you can reduce the time of exposure of chemical ice pack so that particular part is not froze.

Case 2

While applying heat pack he is shivering means there some alterations in the temperature of body or particular area or due to major pain . In this case before applying any pack preferred to go through analgesic treatment.

Case 3

After some time patient complain about the uncomfortably hot means it's body temperature you have to measured and asked wether he is having any temperature at the start means fever or not because in too much fever we can't go through ice and heat pack treatment.

Case 4

Paraplegia is a condition where patient is unable to walk and to performed his day to day work. Generally such condition come due to spine injury. I preferred to provide automatically wheelchair whose base is smooth. Because as per convenient he can walk with the help of button and smooth base help him to save from bed sore.

Case 5.

She is suffered from leg injury in accident and want to go through dance therapy, here i preferred to know the type of injury if it is major then it is not good because for some period we have to restrict the movement but if it minor then shallow movement physiotherapy is preferred.

Case 6

Neck and back pain is hurdles in day to day work. I can tell that person that medicine is there but your pain may relieve for short time period only and if you go through massage therapy then it is well and good because it relieve the contraction of muscle and twitching also. Therapy mat give you long lasting effect of against spasm.
