Self Awareness (Journaling) and Boundary Setting (Saying No) Positive Attitude - Playfulness and Happiness Manage Emotions (Anger and Conflict) Spirituality - Mindfulness and Meditation Relaxation and Pampering Exercise Regularly Proper Nutrition Adequate Sleep Social Support and Relationships Creative Expression and Hobbies For this discussion, select five practices and for each self-care practice: Identify one barrier that prevents people from using the self-care practice. Provide a description of each barrier and how it can be overcome.

Explanation / Answer

As a professional i always maintain certain discipline.The first most thing i always maintain is poitive attitude-This is very important because i always believe that whatever i think it will happen...weather it may be positive or negative.So i always prefer postive so that every thing will goes positive.Controlling emotions- This is the most important factor in my life style because emotions will make my attitude and way of thinking weaker.So i always try to control my emotions like anger,sad etc...this style always keep in safe from many disturbances.I also maintain spirituality because there is some power which is keeping us alive.So i goes spiritually by praying god,doing meditation daily for 30 min and regular exercises etcc....Adequate sleep is very very very importanat for every person because a good sleep keeps us more active.

There are some barriers which is keeping people from self care practises.Of course people are willing to keep them healthy from all aspects but some hurdles making them to make themselves unheathy and most dangerous among them is gadgets....Poeple got addicted to gadgets and operating them during late night where their sleep is getting dsturbed so that they works inactive next day and that day will get spoiled.This is th emain hurdle which is keeping people away form self care practise.
