Also, do not place any chemical terms or medications into the chart (i.e. potassium, chloride, protimes, sodium, Symmatrel, Parafon Forte, etc.) For each term, create an entry into a flashcard table (i.e., Excel Spreadsheet) to 1) identify the term 2) provide a definition, and 3) document the root, prefix and suffix. If the term has no specific pre/suffix, indicate this by placing "N/A" in the column.
