Creativity is a function of expertise, creative thinking skills, and motivation. Expertise is nothing but knowledge and technical ability. According to Robert Gahim, creativity consists of anticipation and commitment. Whereas anticipation involves having a vision of something that will become important in the future, commitment is the belief that keeps one working to realize the vision.
