1. according to the author a leader is the person who lead the people in all aspects, like personal as well as professional. and he should support the people to develop themselves in all dimensions. the responsibilities of a leader includes motivating the people, inspiring the people, drive the people to reach the goals continuously. it is not a single day activity, so the author said that it is a process which never ends.
2. the three main facts are that develop the people in all dimensions, take decisions which involves risk, and inspire the people.
3. the book discussed about the leadership qualities and how leaders drive their activities.
4. the entire book and the article both are good, the author succesfully siad what he wants to convey to audience.
