give me your openion on this answer
1.Your state has requested that your practice become a partner in their Emergency Medical Response Teams program. They have requested you provide an action plan for an Anthrax breakout where the state would supply your practice with the anthrax vaccine. Discuss your strategy for: patient care, staffing, and security.
answer;
Patient Care:
Have copies of patient records on a backup server that is HIPPA secure.
Have current contact information for patients and family members to inform them to stay away from the facility, and provide if necessary, an alternate care facility.
Provide patients with their medical records, so that other treating facilities are aware of their medications and allergies.
Determine if the patient was exposed to anthrax, so that the patient can be cared for appropriately, and so that all safety measures can be put into place to prevent the disease from spreading to other patients and staff in the facility.
Staffing:
Have on-call staff scheduling policies to manage increased patient volume during emergency situations.
Completely train all staff members so that they are all knowledgeable about the disease, and are prepared to follow the plan regarding limiting exposure to themselves and other patients.
Security:
Have scheduled safety drills to ensure that staff members are prepared to follow the evacuation plan, safety alerts and safety policies and procedures.
Stay updated and informed about the disease via the media.
Ensure the practice is in compliance with all OSHA and CDA regulations.

B. Indirect transmission
C. Airborne transmission
The answer matter about patient care, staffing, and security is mostly enough. If you want to add extra information please adds below few details what you want.
A. Patients: For cutaneous anthrax, wrap the wound with a sterile covering. Contact wound and skin safety measures should observe for patients with skin injuries.
Gloves should be wearing for touching potentially infective stuff.
Hands must wash after touching the patient or potentially impure articles and before taking care of any more patients.
B. Staff: The risk of chemical or biological contact of staff occurs when exposed patients had not correctly decontaminated before incoming into hospital or other treatment centers. The threat of secondary contamination is there if the substance is lethal and likely to carry on a victim outfits, hair, or skin in enough quantities to intimidate rescuers or health care suppliers
C. Security: Although all Emergency medical responses teams have security plans that expect the contribution of law enforcement, there is worry that during a terrorist attack, local law enforcement people would be incapable to promise the safety of supplies and staff because of other priorities throughout and after the attack.
