Aisha is an administrative assistant in the Human Resources Department. Her friend, Fatima, is applying for a job with the company and Aisha has agreed to serve as a reference for her. Fatima asks her for advice on how to prepare for the interview. Aisha has the actual interview questions asked of all applicants and considers making Fatima a copy of the list so she can prepare. Should she help her friend? What options does Aisha have for action? What are the implications of each option? (Who is affected? How are they affected? What are the possible results?) 1. She should help her by giving the refernce.

2. She has two actions, either she can give her the list or she can not give the list.

3. If she gives her the list, she would be cheating to the company. Fatima might not be the right candidate for the job but she would get selected of she gets the questions. This can be harmful for the company. Also, it is not ethicalon aisha's behave to cheat the company.
