The RCRA has changed how people are affected by hazardous waste dumping by protecting communities and resource conservation.1 One thing I like about the RCRA is that it allows the general population to play a key role in providing input and comments during every stage of program development and implementation.1 Working along with the public opens communication and allows all concerns of hazardous waste dumping to be heard and properly mitigated. It also ensures that disposal facilities are specifically designed and operated to follow EPA and state regulations. With including all parties involved in waste management the RCRA helps produce a healthy environment and lifestyle for people.

Explanation / Answer

Yes, I agree. In the past everything is dumped without any specific category. With this many people lost lite and properties. Many lands are polluted. So after the initialization of this RCRA, several hazardous wastes are dumped properly with care and safety measures are followed during dumping. Not only just during dumping but also during the collection of the waste and the transportation of this waste and the storage also.

This way RCRA educated the people and saved them from hazardous wastes.
