2. Consequences are many, problem occured due to wrong way of water treatment. Federal state of emergency was declared in January 2016 after finding of high lead concentration in drinking water. Then, Flint residents were instructed to use only bottled or filtered water for drinking, cooking, cleaning, and bathing. This a social crime. For the safety proper water treatment should apply so that such incident could not be happen.
