Still central Asia is the largest supplier of petroleum which again contribute in emissions. So central Asia figures so prominently in many discussions of climate change.

2 International treaties play a very important role in central Asia like if we are concerned about environmental treaties like Parish Climate conference; Some countries have recorded low emissions. Again if we are concerned about economic treaty like free trade agreement many countries like China recorded a high growth rate.
