1) There are many developing countries in central Asia who contributed in emissions of hazardous components like CFCs and many other to develope their economy. There are less technology in all fields like in industrial sector; energy sector ; agriculture sector and many more. Still central Asia is the largest supplier of petroleum which again contribute in emissions. So central Asia figures so prominently in many discussions of climate change.

2 International treaties play a very important role in central Asia like if we are concerned about environmental treaties like Parish Climate conference; Some countries have recorded low emissions. Again if we are concerned about economic treaty like free trade agreement many countries like China recorded a high growth rate.
