The trade is an important activity to play a key role in countries economic position. It is also a deciding factor to stay the countries economic position on underdeveloped OR developing OR developed.
We know earlier the governments implement the Centralization policy. However, the centralization process not worked well in some of the countries so the economic progress completely freezed in village level. So, they changed in to Decentralization process.
There are so many benefits in countries, If they adopt for decentralization. The country development will start from root level onwards means from village level. The elections will conduct from village level and they use the money for their development of hometown. They can’t wait to get the service from central level. The village heads resolve the issues of public in respective hometown and they can develop their roads, water problems e.t.c…
There are lot of difference in the activities of Centralization and Decentralization. In the Centralization, the government will consider and resolve the issues of national level and they are not giving any assistance in hometown level. So, the economy will generate at national level and we can not expect the growth from hometown level.
In coming to Decentralization, the governtment give equal preference to all the places in country. So, the development will be started from home country onwards and keep on growing the economy in all over the country. Ultimately it’s great impact of economic progress will reflect on countries GDP(Gross Domestic Product).
If the GDP get a good value and if it is glittering in the international economy then so many countries will attract to their respective country in order to give FDI(Foreign Direct Investment). If all the countries invested in their respective countries in the way of FDI’s then the country will improve the Infrastructure.
If the Infrastructure well developed in the country then so many MNC’s(Multi National Companies) and industries are ready to established their organizations in the country. If the country get more organizations from the other foreign countries then unemployment problem will be completely resolved.
Mainly most of the industries are established in the hometowns OR in the village level. If they do so, the economic position will be completely changed and run in the good economic position. The industries required raw material, the villagers do the ariculture and within short distant they will send their crop to industries. Industries take their crop and make it convert to finished good.
These finished goods exported in to other foreign countries so the economic tariff will change and get in good amount of profits as well as the economic position is striked in the International markets.
If the imports and exports done well in between the counties then the fraternity will be developed. If the friendly relations/ fraternity happened in between the countries then they will not step in to war at any time. The peace is enhanced in between the two countries.
Right now, this is the Globalization world so each and every country they have given a more preference to Service sector also. If the country well concentrated on service sector then their real GDP will get doubled. The service sector will be influenced not only cities and it is enhanced their operations to hometowns also. So, the simultaneously development will be happend with cities along with hometowns. Now a days, each and every country doing the trade with all the corners of the other countries. So, every country is giving good competition in International economy.
I have mentioned so many things just the county opted for Decentralization then the economy structure is completed changed in across the whole country. If the county is well developed in economic position means this credit completely goes to hometown. Because, if the hometown is not developed then cities will not be developed. If the cities not developed then states will not be developed. If the states not developed then country will not be developed. That is the greatness of about hometown economy.
