Leadership is a quality that allows an individual or an organization to steer ahead and achieve the set targets, set new standards of excellence and aim only higher in the future. This quality is essential for an organization to grow and while leadership qualities are more or less present in quite a large number of people, there is a distinction between just a good leader and a great leader.
