1. The AMA can bring a change in the current existing scenario of physicians available at their disposal. The physicians should be made to undergo workshops and seminars to improve their efficiency and catch up with the lastest research. This would enhance their diagonois and create a better level of trust among the patients.
The physicians should interact with the frontline staff , the patients and keep a record of their opinions. They should analyze their veiws and work on their weak areas. There is always room for improvement and the clerical staff can be the best judge of the lacking facilities or skills on their part.
