A) Ideally, General Mills should not agree with its retailers to not sell its products to homosexuals because it is like discriminating against people based on their personal sexual relationship preferences and nothing else. It makes no legal or justified grounds for a big brand to discriminate against people and would attract major public backlash, leading to a fall in its sales and profits.
B) Jack Philips, is the owner of Masterpiece Cakeshop who rejected making cake for a homosexual wedding since he does not support homosexuals. He can win the court case in this battle as he can prove that he is the sole owner of his business and has complete right to decide whom to sell and whom to not. He can state that since he does not support idea of homosexuality, he does not want to sell his products to them as he has complete right over his own produce.
C) Ideally and morally, the Colorado Civil Rights Commission should win the case because it is not justified to practice discrimination in selling goods based on any issue, be it age, sexuality anything. It gives a wrong signal to the society and makes the discriminated against people feel unwanted.
