In my opinion it will not produce any unbiased estimating of failing as the perimeter used by the research is good and from that it will find the transfer rate i.e. the pass rate and the fail rate and from this it is easy to calculate that in which school a child should go so that it doesn't effect to there parents and also the rating of school doesn't effect from it.

b. Here the approach used is an integrative approach as it will check from each and every school. This approach is differ from the above as the above approach is based on the rating of the school and only rating doesn't matter to it if the school is good you cannot esitmate or predict that it will be beneficial for our child or not.

c. Yes, bandwith in part to increased or decrease it totally depend upon the researcher as what she reserarch from school to school as it should be precise for estimating the cut-off. Also she consider the certain perimeters so that it will be beneficial for the students to go that school if they think of it.
