The presence of Donald Trump on social media has attracted attention worldwide since he joined Twitter in March 2009. He has frequently used Twitter to comment on politicians and celebrities, and he relied on Twitter significantly to communicate during the 2016 United States presidential election. The attention on Trump's Twitter activity has significantly increased since he was sworn in as the 45th President of the United States and continued to post controversial opinions and statements. Many of the assertions made by Trump on his Twitter account have been proven to be false. Former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer said during his tenure that Trump's tweets are "considered official statements by the President of the United States". According to a June 2017 Fox News poll, 70 percent of respondents said Trump's tweets were hurting his agenda and 17 percent said the tweets were helpful

This case has two aspects related to the Present president Mr. Trump. First when he was using twitter before being elected as the President of USA and then the way he is using twitter after he became the president of USA.

When Mr. Trump was not elected as a president, he was just a common individual just like any other USA citizen however he might be having a well-recognized personality in the world due to his business empire but his statements and comment over twitter does not have any official responsibility or liability. Thus whatever he used to tweet was merely his opinion on various facts and it was treated just as a normal statement as like many other famous personalities.

But as soon as Mr. Trump was elected the president of USA, he was the face and the representative of citizens of USA not only in the country but also in the world. Being the strongest economy, military power and economic power in the entire world, America and its President is seen as a role model and any comment from the president has a long lasting impact in different aspects of the world power, economics and political scenario.

Thus in my opinion, If President Trump will be using Tweeter as earlier before being elected the president, it will not only tarnish his image in the world but it will also question mark the policies of USA and there can be a lot of confusion and differences even with the friendly countries with USA.

Thus I think, Mr. Trump should be little more cautious while tweeting anything as he is expressing the opinion of USA and its policy makers.
