I hope somebody work for travel agency... My question is...

Include your opinion on whether your company(travel angency) is successful or not, if you were the manager what would you do to improve or assure a successful financial future.

this is my eassy howework... I do not have a idea... please answer your opinion... T.T do not make short answer...make your own..please..

If i am the manager and my company is in losses,then i would try to make upon the modifications in the way that it suits the customer satisfaction by clearly tracking up the needs of the customer and to satisfy them,as the customers are one of the source of income to the company(i.e travel agency).If their needs are satisfied then there would be good response from the customers which would boost up the financial state of the company into a positive way.
