1.The movie Jesus camp is a documentary about the training of Evangelicals children soldiers in the cultural wars. This movie is about three children who are home schooled by their parents and are being taught as zealous soldiers in the God's army who will fight the devil and morally bankrupt and godless secular culture. Since in America the Christian fundamentalism has been ignored by the liberals and the democrats within the religion. The director of the movie Fischer believes that children can preach and prophecy and give gifts of spirits, heal, witness to the unbelievers. The campaign shown in the documentary is to recruit the younger generation to fight for soul of America.

2. The cultural war indicates the war between the traditionalist or conservative values and the liberal or progressive. It begins in America in 1990s. Since in America the rise of christian fundamentalist has been ignored by the liberals and the democrats within the religion.

3. Symbolic interactionlist is the subjective meaning that people impose on certain words, gestures, behaviours and symbols. It develop in people through the social interaction. In the Jesus camp, the three christian children are homeschooled which implies that the parents dont have hope in the public schooling system. The symbols in the move is the christian flag which indicates the importance of the religion and the holy water which indicates washing of the sins.

4. The objectives of the movie are to train children for the God's army to fight the devil and morally bankrupt and Godless secular culture in America. The camp in addition to teaching Christianity has political agenda and a speaker talks about the anti abortion cause of President Bush. This leads to the chanting of righteous judges for the Supreme court by the children.
