Explanation / Answer

A) A healthcare related example of cooperative game could be a situation in which everyone pays for health insurance, but in turn everyone because of this becomes eligible for health insurance since everyone is working together to fund it.

B) A healthcare related example of a non-cooperative game could be as simple as just signing up for the insurance itself. There is no cooperation involved and one is simply on his own to fend for himself and pick the best possible plan he/she thinks will work without any help.

C) A situation in which argaing was not a sero-sum game could be when perhaps one is offered a special discount on their health insurance either by signing up when a new legislative act had been passed or perhaps when the company had reduced it's prices temporarily to attract more customers.

D) An example of a dominent straegy for healthcare firms is to have their prices high enough that practically everyone will have to pay a premium, this can somewhat be thought of as price fixing. So if they all raise their prices then theoretically then they would all have higher profits.

E) The main reason buyers do not oftern take advantage of suppliers is because they want to keep that trsut going. If they were to back out on their promise then they know for sure that the service or good they were given on credit would not be made available again. Quite simply, nobody wants to ruin the spoils for the group and thus the majority tend to fufill their promises.

Hope this helps, good luck.
