Do you agree? In your opinion, which revolution, American or French, has had the greatest influence during the last two centuries and why? Once again, cite specific examples to support your argument.

Answer: I don't completely agree with this statement, it may be due to my patriotic love for our country but I believe the American Revolution was a great model for all. I think one of the greatest points to make is, the American revolution was fought for principles that still live on to this day, the French revolution and its brief democracy trials proved against itself. The American revolution defines our country and its principles and sets a model for others of how are country is run to this day And the American spirit

AMERICAN REVOLUTION:

The American revolution and the French revolution are the two important moments in history and both are completely different and the only similarity is the both were labeled as revolution. The major reason for the American revolution is because the Americans were not happy because British were ruling them. The major difference between them is the Context of WAR. The main intention of both the revolution was to gain freedom and the final goal for both the revolutions was independence.

Many think that it is more like SAME REVOLUTION BUT DIFFERENT CONTINENT. But that is not as simple as it appeared, they were different enough and there is an argument that the two revolutions influenced one another.

In my personal opinion I think it was FRENCH REVOLUTION because the impact had major consequences for every major country in Europe. The other well known impact is the domino effect of revolutions which inspired by the French revolution. I completely agree that French revolution is major symbolic time in French history. Though the revolution happened by many reasons which all became together and long awaited revolution happened which majorly developed capitalism.
