The production house could have found a black stuntwoman, and simply didn't try enough just because they had connections with the other stuntwoman which was unacceptable.
Thus, in future, to avoid such situations it is preferable for every production house to hire people fit for the role and which does not create controversies. The Human Resource department of the production house should be more pro-active in finding the roles.
