Question
The dopamine beta-hydroxylase is an important enzyme found in neural tissue that is responsible for creating norepinephrine. While experimenting using in-vitro model of dopamine reactivity using PC 12 cells, you find out that a substance DB 15 can act as an inhibitor. You have so far studied three different concentrations of DB 15 (I1, I2, and I3) such that I1<I2<I3. Using the graph below identify and discuss the nature of the inhibitory mechanims DB15 has.
Please show all work and explain thoroughly. Thanks!

Solution:
DB15 is an inhibitor so it will inhibits the transmition of dopamine to norepinephrine.
That's y graphical representation shows fall in graph by acting using PC12 that is bcoz they work on the down order as 1<2<3
The nature of DB15 is inhibitory.
At the different concentrations it will shows the downfall of graphical representation. And leads to inhibition of dopamine.
