Explanation / Answer

1:The concept community incorporates a wide variety of people following different religion and beliefs. The community which overlaps the state representative and state senator constituency is the neighbouring state community. They always focus on the nearby state's development,their present government plans and plan their own living. The education system followed is different in these states because they need to execute a different plan from the nearby present systems. The population is considerably low and the income is considerably high.

2:The number of districts in the state is 28 and many people have ruled the state. The period of ruling is 5yrs after which election would be conducted. The experience of the candidates ruling the country is that they have very good knowledge in ruling and tackling the changes in the government. They gain experience by learning from other ruling parties.

3:The members in the ruling community are intended in doing the necessary for the society. They have more powers that any issue coukd be bought into control within a short span of time and can bring any change in the government.

4:As mentioned previously the disricts are 28 in the state and the people follow different religion and belief which lies in their own interest.

5:Communities are not selectively addressed because everyone is common in the eyes of law and government. All communities are addresed equally. The experience for the senate is also 5yrs after which a new one is selected.
