Canadian environmental protection act was established in 1999. this act is made by the canadian government for the protection of environment from the pollution and other anthropogenic activities which is very harmful for the environment. US environmental law is not differ than any other country's environmental law because all environmental law having a same agenda to save the environment for the next generation , the way of and policies implementation can be differ than each other.

Clean Air Act is the environmental law of USA which is established in 17 december 1963 for the protection of air from the anthropogenic activities. Clean Air Act protect air from the law against the emission from radioactive atoms a, mineral fibre emission or rock slag fiber emission polycyclic organic matters and radioactive pollutants. this law is also protect the ozone layer of the earth and motor vehicle emission .

environmental law having some economic impact also, mineral fibre and other metals are used in the industries whch is the reason behind the emission if this law stop these activities than its having a direct impact on the economy . global warmning is the process in which temperature of the earth is increasing day by day,  there in the earth history we saw that temperature of the earth is increased and decreased alternatively .According to this history we can say that its a normal earth process but its having a another aspect the rate of increasing temperature of the earth is very higher than its previous rate because of these anthropogenic activities.

there is need more laws and policies for the protection of the environment because there is some another aspect of the environment which is njot considered in these policies like emission from the mining activities and construction activities and increasing rate of deforestation.

for encouraging the people about the protection of the environment , education is the best policy , if people will know about the environment and its importance than they will tried for its betterment.
