A training and development coordinator is required to provide training to the employees of an organization. Training is required on various fields in order to keep the employees abreast with latest development and knowledge so that the employees remain competitive and provide an edge over the competitors.

Training and development coordinators are also required to develop a budget plan that takes into consideration various aspects related with the training of the employees. The coordinators are also required to make use of available resources in the best possible manner.
