Major provisions:-The law mainly concentrates on reducing pollution and enhancing pollution free atmosphere and environment. Due to release of toxic gases,the law concentrates in reducing the waste disposal and trapping toxic substances using specially designed filters.
Economic impact:-As many new equipments need to be installed for treating waste water and products for making them pollution free,the cost of such equipments must be taken into account. If good and sustained growth must be obtained,then a compremise must be made in cost. The filters are designed using advanced technology and many are imported from other countries and hence the cost of such equipments are very high.
Improvements:-The amount of pollutants released per year is being considerably reduced to certain extent. The use of vehicles releasing toxic wastes is reduced considerably. Many trees are being grown.
Science has proved global warming to be an credible threat because it increases the surrounding temperature and results in ozone layer hole formation. Addition UV rays are introduced which causes many skin problems,cancer etc. United states should definitely take action to curb greenhouse gas emisions.
