Jorge is experiencing Nocturnal enuresis. RN assess the data by asking Jorge's mother some questions about nocturnal enuresis of her son.RN asks whether her son is wetting the bed daily or giving a gap of six months time. This data helps the RN to decide whether the enuresis facing by Jorge is Primary nocturnal enuresis or Secondary nocturnal enuresis. If the boy is facing the secondary nocturnal enuresis the RN decides to treat this problem by exclusion of underlying pathology eg.urinary infection. If Jorge is facing primary nocturnal enuresis again she asks the how many times he urinates ia night and does he wakeup after urinating.
