Lilly lives in a remote Aboriginal community in the Northern Territory. Her baby is now 6 months old and it's time to introduce solid food into her diet to supplement breast milk. Her local Indigenous Health Worker had taught Lilly that nutritious and inexpensive weaning food could be made from scratch and she wanted to make sure that her child would grow and thrive. Following the advice in the nutrition literature she had been given, she faithfully prepared the recipe for a follow-up food using boiled porridge as a base and adding other nutritious and local ingredients, including mashed yams and cooked kangaroo meat. At first, her baby loved the new solid food and was eating more and more every day. However, it was difficult and time-consuming work, so she started making larger batches that she only needed to prepare once a day. She carefully covered the pot with cloth gauze to protect it from flies. Subsequently, her daughter started to experience periodic episodes of diarrhoea and after a few months the child started to show signs of growth faltering.

Analyse the available information and write a report clearly describing the causes and potential outcomes of the situation. According to the described situation, the methodology of food preparing for the infant was genuine but later on it fall in the category of side effect for the growth of child and as a result, the child fall to the process of periodic diarrhoea and indicate the growth faltering. i want to analyse it according to the way of fact that at initial state of grow of a child, the body is so well polished that the absorption of the food material is correctly taken in the intestine but by the passage of time the choking of the intestine make a resistance to the growth of the body. the situation also tell us that initial she prepared the food for child according to the described method but later on due to want of time saving she not do the cooking as initially was done by her. she gave the kid a food system which go to the pathway of malnutrition and the nutritions are just like over dose. this makes a limits of nutrition absoption and as a result the thing happened is just opposite. it give rise to diarrhea and other growth problem to the child. the heavy dose was unable to digested properly by the child.

preventions-

=> It can be prevented if the food recipies were cooked according to the described methods of the doctors. the dose should be given according to the age and development rate of the body of child. please be sure that the food is given to the child should not contain any foreign nutritious material which is not fit to the kid.

=> Always place the cooked food under the shalter or should be covered properly so that flies or insect should not sit upon this. it hold so much pathogen which cause many stomuch diseases and make child sick periodically.

=> Time to time take the child to the docter even the kid is not having any problems. the docter will investigate to the level upto which we are not able to justify by naked eyes.

=> Always take the child for the vaccination or polio. never miss this important step.

Nowadays people are literate enough that they can understand that what is right and what is wrong . they know about the environmental consequence but the fact is that they are not so motive that the society will be a prevented from hazard. so it should be important to make aware about the kind of food they eating and giving to their kid is right or not. only then we will construct a world of healthy environment. it not just beneficial for human , it is for whole world and communities and other ecological system and species.
