Explanation / Answer

myasthenia gravis

this is a type of disease which is long term neoromuscular disease which can lead to the weakening of skeleton muscular and legiment muscles weakness. this have most commonly effect on eyes faces and swallowing of anything. it also can be result in drooping of eyelids and double vision.this diseases are spread from the antibodies that block or destroy nicotinic recepters. this can also lead to the preventions of nerve impulses which trigger from the contraction of body and ligamental muscles. it generally effect 50 to 200 per million of people . means the chance of getting in this epidemic is not so high.

guillian berre syndrome-

it is an another kind of muscle or you can say muscular weakness diseases in which rapid onset muscle weakness caused by the immune system damaging with the peripheral nervious system. whatever the initial syndromes but it might be changed and effect a pain along with the weakening of the muscles . it generally begins with the feet and hands. then it slowly spread over arms and upper part of the body.in this case mechanical ventilation is provided for the weakening in the breathing muscles of the patient.it can damage the peripheral nervious system and mylin insulation of the body.

--------------------------------

1) impared spontaneous ventilation is the appropriate for the patients diagnosis who are suffering from both the myasthenia gravis as well as guillian barre syndrome because these both diseases are of similar kind in which the patient have the disorder of muscular weakness as well as breathing problem. the general cure and diagnosis of these kind of diseases are very difficult as in both cases the patient have nurvous and muscular disorder .so spontaneous ventilation is appropriate.

2) cholinesterase inhibitors are the intervention which can help patients to reach the outcomes from the syndrome of myasthenia gravis and guillian barre because this will cure both muscular as well as nurvous system failure in the body. this will treat in a systemetic but similar way in both the cases
