glacier is the large body of ice which moves from one place to another place make glacial features. when the glacier moves different type of process has been occured like plucking abrasion and ice flow, erosion , transportation and deposition is also include in these process. its also polished the rocks smooth. cirques is the top part of the glacier. when ice melts completely from the top and depression having a small water body is called tarn. when a two adjacent glacier have worn a steep ridge than a thin crest of rock is formed is called aretes. when three or more aretes erode each other than horns formed. paternoster lake is the series of lakes with a toped cirques. these all lakes are connected by a single stream. some valleys glaciers referred to as hanging glaciers because main glacier cuts the valley deep compare to its tributary, at the time of when tributary glacier meets the main valley its located on some height from the main valley is called hanging valley. long , narrow bays are called fiords which led to the ocean have since been invaded by the ocean
