Explanation / Answer

F- As in glycolysis glucose breakdown is done which is performed by the enzyme hexokinase. This enzyme converts glucose to glucose 6 phospate(G6P). After this phosphoglucose isomerase converts G6P to fructose 6 phospate(F6P)

H-Interconversion between glucose 6 phosphate and fructose 6 phosphate catalyzed by glucosephosphate isomerase.

C- Phosphorylation of F6P using ATP by enzyme phosphofructokinase to fructose 1,6 bisphosphate. In this the phosphorylation is performed vit the help of phosphate group supplied from ATP.

I- Then the Cleavage of Fructose 1,6 bisphophate (FBP) into Dihydroxyacetonephosphate (DHAP) and Glyceraldehyde 3 phosphate (G3P) is performed by the enzyme aldolase.

A- triose phospate isomerase enzyme brought about the conversion of Dihydroxyacetone phosphate to glyceraldehyde 3 phosphate.

E- The conversion of glyceraldehyde 3 phosphate to 1,3- Bisphosphoglycerate(BPG) is performed by the enzyme Glyceraldehyde -3-phosphate dehydrogenase. This reaction occurs in two ways first oxidation of aldehyde to carboxylic acid by NAD+ and second the joining of carboxylic acid and orthophosphate to form acyl phosphate product.

J- 1,3 bisphosphoglycerate is convertEd to 3 phosphoglycerate by the enzyme phosphoglycerate kinase. In this step the formation of ATP take place and is referred to as substrate level phosphorylation because the phosphate donar 1,3 bisphosphoglycerate is a substrate with high phosphoryl transfer potential.

G- Interconversion between 3 phosphoglycerate and 2 phosphoglycerate catalyzed by phosphoglycerate mutase.

B- the dehydration of 2Phosphoglycerate is performed by the enzyme enolase

D- Hydrolysis of PEP by pyruvate catalyzed by enzyme pyruvate kinase and this enzyme generates ATP.
