I will convince doctor, nurses and medical assistants in the clinic because in today's life it is necessary to get every data digital. It prevents loss of data and make it safer and it is a standardization to use the computerized system. I'll be trying to tell them all the disadvantages of the manual system they are using and the advantages of the nee computerized system. Though it is a task to learn the new system but in a long run it will lessen their work and improve the management of clinic and make easier to work with the existing patients in future because of having all the data being computerized. The advantages of having computerized system are
1) The clinic will have paperless record system.
2) Make the access of patients data including all the history easier and less cumbersome.
3) Co-ordination between departments because easy because of computerized system.
4) with computerized system patients can make online appointments and even this system makes the billing procedure fast so the patients time doesn't get wasted. So it improves patient’s satisfaction.
5) Accuracy and efficiency increases.
6) speed of treatment procedures also increases.
By telling them all these advantages and comparing with them with what they are used to I am confident that I can convince them to use the computerized system.
