The final temperature is 15.2 °C according to the data in the chart.

Now for the value of q:

q = m*cp*(Tf-Ti)
q = 34.2 * 4.1801 * (23.9-15.2)
q = 1243.75 J

Now the value of q for the reaction I think is the same as the run.
