Explanation / Answer

It is a good and healthy product to eat at breakfast.

The fibre values will be 25g per day. As it is breakfast it has got 5g of fibre and it is very optimum in the morning. Fiber is good for the weight management, cholesterol management and digestion. It is good for colon and intestines.

Carbohydrate is 27 g and it is 10% of the DV value and its good in the mornings to a breakfast with good carbs coming from whole wheat and malted barley. but caution should be taken to avoid high fructose corn syrup in the diet as it is sometimes bad for a person having a sedentary lifestyle.

Fat is a 10% of DV and it is also a recommended diet for kids, active people and elderly. The fat is required for body metabolism and preparing hormones.

interesting about this nutrition chart is that it contains vitamins and which are good for the overall requirement of the body. walnuts are good for developing brain and raisins are good sources of natural sugars.
