With advance equipment and technology the system will only get better. Let’s take mobile x-rays for instance. You are able to bring an x-ray machine to the patient and receive the results almost immediately (Luk, 2016) (Prokosch & Ganslandt, 2009). Administratively, technology has already geared to removing the hardcopy medical record and replacing it with electronic records which provides multiple doctors in different areas to see and treat a patient with information at the click of a mouse. Let’s take it a step further with technology with training. You can now have providers conduct training in a virtual realty world. They can now treat patients after receiving practice in different computer based scenarios. This will decrease the error rate when it is time to actually perform a procedure. Should health care research and education be only for clinical providers? Why or why not? Provide examples.
As for healthcare research and education. I don’t think it should be limited to clinical providers because of the future of research. There are many studies where scientist have partnered with providers to assist with a diagnosis. The best case is Pharmaceutical scientist. The human body responds to medications, so scientists can develop better, safer drugs Test drugs on animals and humans to ensure safety and efficacy (Liaison International, 2017). It is never a close loop process because studies are done every day. The more information a person can have the easier the job is.

In the future, the healthcare is most likely to be personalised, with increasing role of robotics, information technology, genetic engineering and nanotechnology.
Health care research and education should not be limited to handful of people. The latest knowledge and developments in the healhcare, for example combines with expertise in information technology it could help in determining patterns of prevalance, treatment , follow-up of patients suffering from an indication. This could very well usher a new era in healthcare.
