Among them MC1R298Cys = 01 frequency = 10%

No of individuals with this allele are (220 x 10/100) = 22

And the population is in Hardy weinberg equilibrium ,the allelic frequency of MC1R298Tyr will be 0.9 = 90%

No of individuals in with this allele are 220 x 90/100) = 198.

Admixed population total = 220+30 = 250

Total no of individual with MC1R298Tyr = 198 +30 =228

Allelic frequecny MC1R298Tyr (p) = 228/250 = 0.912

Allelic frequency MC1R298Cys (q) = 22/250 = 0.088
