Abstract alcohol syndrome affects the human fetus in many ways including stunted overall Fetal development, low birthweight, facial abnormalities, heart defects, and gro disabilities. The drug Vinblastine sulfate inhibits actin growth which in turn stunts learning al growth and development. Here we utilize the zebrafish embryo to compare the norma aldeho and Vinblastine Sulfate on the developing embryo. We predict the effects effects o drugs would be similar in the sense that they would slow or stop the correctly. We will focus specifically on the development of the eyes of both from devel heart, and overall structure of the fish. We will observe the doses at which there are more defects and even deaths. We assume that there will be lack of pigment in the eyes when drugged, and that the heart will not be beating as strong or rhythmically. We will use a dose dependent study where each dose will increase by 100% for each group of fish.

Explanation / Answer

- Practical on the dose dependent study.

- practical on zebra fish embryo and drug used as ALCOHOL ,VINBLASTINE 20 M ,VINBLASTINE 5 M. for the development of the eyes ,heart and overall structure of fish.

- 20M VINBLASTIN SULFATE SOLUTION was given fish growth so much because of it infectected with a fungus.

- 5 M VINBLASTIN SULFATE SOLUTION was given the fish has a several kinked tail to the pointed that blood began to pool around the kinked part.

- 1% Alcohol solution given then the fish had no developed head , a short tail facing in the wrong direction ,and misshappen abdominal cavity becuse it is also infected by fungus.

- in this practical alcohol solution caused more development damage to Zebrafish than Vinblastine sulfate.
