How do you determine whether the tone you perceive is intentional or not intentional when receiving professional or scholarly communications?, What strategies are best to respond to a written communication that you perceive as having a negative tone? If the tone of that particular scholar is high i.e high tone or loud on me then I perceived it is intentional.

If they communicate with group then is unintentional.

For negative tone.
