Ist spectrum is most likely of n-butyl chloride. the peaks at 700, 770, 1500 cm-1 are characteristic strong bands which meatches in both the reference and the given spectrum.

IInd spectrum is clearly of tert-butyl chloride. The peaks at 1500, 1380, 1160 and 1220 cm-1 are all very clear in the given spectra same as the spectrum given for pure tert-butyl chloride.
