After heating the solutions the H2O2 may get decomposed to form water and O2 gas therefore its percentage is decreases

following is the reaction equation for the decomposition of the H2O2

2H2O2 -------- > 2H2O + O2

Therefore by the heating the solution the H2O2 concnetration decreases because of the decomposition hence it leads to the lower percentage of the H2O2
